At X2-Concept, we prioritize your satisfaction with our products and aim to provide a straightforward return process. We understand that circumstances may require a return, and we have established a policy to ensure fairness and convenience.
Refunds
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to qualify for a refund, the following terms and conditions must be met:
- As our products are renowned perfume brands, our refund and exchange policy is applicable solely in the event of a mismatch or manufacturing defect.
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition, with the complete packaging, including any sampling pieces, manuals, and attached tags.
- Cash refunds will not be issued if the item is found to have been used.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Order Cancellation
Once the shipment has been dispatched from our store, order cancellation is not applicable. However, in the event of cancellation prior to shipping, a processing fee of 4% will be deducted, which are the the fees and charges applied by the payment gateway.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
